Tranquil Living Concepts is committed to providing safe, stable, and affordable independent living for seniors, veterans, and individuals in transition — including those reentering society or recovering from housing insecurity. Through dignity, structure, and compassionate support, we create peaceful homes where residents can live independently while accessing community resources, supportive services, and a strong sense of belonging. We welcome partnerships with families, care coordinators, and organizations working to help individuals find a place to call home.

Who We Serve

We proudly serve the community of Jacksonville, FL and the surrounding cities. We aim to assist those in need who are high functioning and fully independent including but not limited to senior citizens, veterans, and displaced adults. Program participants are expected to have stable income, be drug and alcohol free, and be seeking stable, peaceful housing.
